We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at (800) 881-9957 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. 

Shipping / Delivery
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
        •  Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express 
            and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2

Shipping & Handling

Special Orders
We stock most items in our online catalog. If you don’t find what you need, we can special order from our factories. All special orders require payment in full unless charged to your approved account.

Shortages/Damage
All merchandise shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. For truckline deliveries, note any damage or shortages on the freight bill before you sign it.

Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items will be inspected prior to issue of credit. All returns subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus freight.
